| When they arrive at your venue and open the app, it will recognize their location and ask if they want to check in. When they tap YES, the app checks them in and shows other participating venues near their location. No interaction is needed by your staff. |

| After the users checks in, they are presented with a one question survey that asks about the service. The results of the survey is immediately emailed to the venue’s administrator so that action can be taken in case of any unsatisfactory results. |
